There seems to be so much confusion for NEW Personnel trying to enter the ROV Industry as to the accepted entry level requirements, what ROV training is required and what ROV training is available. There are some additional training requirements that are also required before personnel can actually go offshore which may not be clear or given out freely.

This will give delegates more tasks to complete and even allow 2 x rov to work at the same time. Manipulator tasks, valve operation and key tasks improved. More ROV Competences Reviewed and Added to the Subnet ROV Courses

Subnet Services Ltd's ROV Pilot Technican Training Course has been altered to reflect some industry competence requirements.

Small adjustments to some of our course modules to reflect ROV Industry competence requirements for ROV Pilot Tech 2.

Better Dive Video Reporting and Recording to DVD and basic ROV CP surveys.

These are competences Subnet have added on top of the required IMCA R04 competences after requests from ROV companies.

Re Assessed the Anode For ROV Pilot Training Course Students

Checked that the anode on the simulated jacket bracing is realistic for ROV students to do visual inspection on. Students will now be able to search for and inspect the bracing to find anodes and the report on condition. They can also use this area for CP Survey training.
