Can I pay the course in cash using my ATM/VISA card?
If you arrive in Philippines and want to withdraw large sums in cash.
BEWARE - it is likely your bank will charge you a large cash withdrawl fee and exchange rate fee for every withdrawl. To get large sums from a ATM it may mean making numerous sweperate withdrawsl. The hidden costs to you can add up. We do not want to see delegates wasting large charges to thier bank.
If the balance is just very small like few bucks then you can pay on arrival. But policy is you need to settle all fees minimum of 14 days before the course commencement.
