SICTS = SubNet Services Integrated Competency Training System:
SICTS is the SubNet TASK based COMPETENCY training system. Delegates
throughout all course modules are GRADED on their COMPETENCE of
satisfactorily completing assigned practical and theoretical TASKS relating to the
subject matter. Companies are given access to this competence grading.
Courses are broken down into Parts, Modules and Tasks. Certification is only issued
after COMPETENCY is achieved in all modules and tasks belonging to a course.
