Prerequisites

Nationalities: Malaysian
Qualifications:
• Engineering background
• 10 years experience in project environment preferably in the oil & gas industries

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptability, initiative and problem solving capability
• Ability to work under pressure
• Possess people management and leadership skills
• Understanding of company safety and quality management systems.
• Proactive and positive to changes and challenges
• Open in communication with all interfacing parties

Key Activities

• Establish and maintain a positive and proactive working environment that encourages team working, a spirit of openness, honesty and integrity, thereby attracting, retaining and maintaining a skilled workforce.
• Develop an organization where people have clearly understood roles and responsibilities and performance objectives. Ensure that performance is monitored regularly and feedback given.
• Develop a training Plan for the Planning and Risk unit and ensure that training is

carried out inline with the plan

• Implement corporate Procedures for Planning and Risk and give input to the development of those Procedures.
• Anticipate need of and prepare plan of recruitment, short term and long term for the Planning and risk unit to ensure adequate resources are available to corporate, project and tendering requirements
